UPDATES:
-  Clarify the exception to when a 30 minute Fire Watch is required.
-  Hot Works are not to be conducted in an area in which a Fire Impairment notice has been issued unless appropriate controls to mitigate a fire have been placed.

6/01/2026 Freight Hazard Analysis Form & T4 Forklift Operation
UPDATE: 

  • Both documents have been updated to address load movement risk and load restraint standards.
  • The forklift work instruction #535544 and Freight Hazard Analysis Form (FHAF) #1969752 have both been updated to include load movement risk and load restraint standards for loading or unloading of inbound and outbound freight vehicles.
  • Please ensure you use the work instruction and FHAF for all inbound and outbound freight vehicle movements.
