Terminal Access Policy

The Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Access Policy (WITAP) was developed by Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal (WICET) in close consultation with its coal industry shareholders and the Gladstone Ports Corporation, and was agreed with the Queensland Government in May 2010. The WITAP can be downloaded here

WICET Terminal Rules

It sets out the rules for allocating, managing and expanding capacity at the Terminal. The WITAP is a publicly available document and applications at the Terminal can be made by any Gladstone coal producer (any actual or potential coal producer which holds a recognised mining tenure in an area that has or potentially has rail transport connections to the Port of Gladstone).
